Why choose natural soap?
Natural soaps contain less harsh chemical than store bought soap, which is less irritating to the skin. These soaps can be more moisturizing and less drying to the skin. 


What if I have allergies, can I use natural soap? 
People with allergies can use natural soap. To ensure our customers are choosing the right soap for their skin type and cleansing needs, all ingredients are listed for each individual product.


How long will my soap last?
Due to the natural ingredients, the life of the soap varies.  To extend the life of your soap, use a loofah, sponge or other bath accessories that does not keep your soap under a direct flowing stream of water.               


Why does my natural soap look different than store bought soap?
Most store bought soaps are processed with added ingredients that contributes to a smoother finished product.  Some of these additives can strip the skin of needed moisture, which can cause over drying. 


Can natural soap cure my skin condition?
Although, some may believe that their skin condition can be cured with the use of natural soap, We can not call our soaps a cure for any skin condition.  They can be soothing and provide temporary relief, but they are not a cure.  


WHAT ARE B-BARS(BLEMISHED BARS)?
B Bars, are bars of soap that have imperfections due to a few minor issues.  Coloring, fragrance and or high water content.  These bars are perfect in use but imperfect in appearance.  


When will my order ship?
All orders will be fulfilled within 1 - 3  business days (to exclude holidays and posted business closure days). Once the order had been packaged and labeled, you will receive an email notification confirming your shipment with tracking information.  


How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped through USPS at the expense of the customer.  If other shipping methods are needed, we will do our best to make sure your order is shipped by your preferred method.


CAN I PLACE A PRE-ORDER?
Per customer's request, we now offer pre-ordering of our "Ship By Date" products only.  You pre-orders are accepted from the 1st to the 7th day of each month.  Shipping and Handling is 20-30 business days.  


HOW PLACE AN ORDER OR "SHIP BY DATE" PRODUCTS?
Select the product(s) that show a "Ship By Date" on the image.  Choose your quantity. Add to cart or choose buy now and proceed as normal, to the check out page.  The order will be processed as a normal or, to include taxes and applicable taxes.  Your purchase will be tracked and shipped on the date stated on that particular item.  


WHAT IF I PLACE A PRE-ORDER THAT HAS MULTIPLE "SHIP BY DATES"?
Your order will be processed by the "Ship By Date" date that is the furthest out. (e.g., if you pre-order three items and item 1 ships on the 10th, item 2 ships on the 15th and item 3 ships on the 25th, then your order will be processed on the 25th)


ORDER PICK UP
Orders can be picked up, Saturday and Sunday only!  There is a designated pick up location pre set in the system.  Please add your desired pick up time to your order,  or send us an email.  If you are sending an email, include your order number along with your desired pick up time.  A message will be sent confirming the specified time.  Please do not show up at the pick up location without a confirmation message or call.
